珩磨加工(gong)原理

珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)是(shi)利用安(an)裝(zhuang)于珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)圓周上(shang)的一(yi)條或(huo)多條油石(shi),由漲(zhang)開(kai)機構(有旋轉式和(he)推進式兩種)將油石(shi)沿徑向漲(zhang)開(kai),使其(qi)壓向工(gong)件孔(kong)壁,以(yi)便產生一(yi)定的面接觸。同時使珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)旋轉和(he)往(wang)復(fu)運動(dong),零(ling)件不動(dong); 或(huo)珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)只作(zuo)旋轉運動(dong),工(gong)件往(wang)復(fu)運動(dong),從而實現珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)。
